Run - a marathon - hmm

thought about it for a long time - and there is going to be one in my own village (near enough) so with a break from rowing for now I might see if I can complete it horizontally - so lets learn to run - well teach the muscles (in my thighs) the old one foot in front of the other routine. Planned this route before setting out
