30r20 - bit better than last week

Quick one as daughter not well.


Update - well the row didn't go quite as well as I wanted but still a small step forward - put it down to the head cold I'm carrying and the HM yesterday as the "oomph" in the legs wasn't there (bad timing on my part to do the HM yesterday - but that's what happens when you try to compete at your highest level while making sure it doesn't take over your life)
